With a deep commitment to trauma-informed care and mental health advocacy, Caroline strives to empower her clients by fostering self-esteem and self-compassion. Whether supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or other concerns, she tailors her approach to each client’s unique needs. She is also interested in working with the geriatric population, recognizing the unique emotional and psychological challenges older adults face, including grief, isolation, and life transitions. She is passionate about helping older adults find connection, meaning, and resilience in aging.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys spending time outdoors and being around animals. She grew up riding horses and finds joy in connecting with horses and other animals. She also enjoys exploring different parts of the country while visiting family and friends.
