Haley Johnson (She/Her/Hers) earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Child and Family Development from Georgia Southern University in 2020. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University. Haley has extensive experience working with individuals with severe mental health diagnoses within the judicial system, as well as with children and other vulnerable populations.
Haley's education and background in the arts have fueled her passion for an integrative approach to therapy, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Attachment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Somatic techniques. She takes a holistic approach to her clients, examining all aspects of their lives to foster healing. Haley specializes in helping individuals manage relationships, build self-esteem and confidence, alleviate anxiety and depression, and utilize somatic tools to heal both the mind and body.
Outside of her practice, Haley is involved in acting and writing. She uses the arts as a creative outlet and has been part of the film industry for many years. Haley values spending time with her loved ones and enjoys visiting sunny beaches whenever possible.
