Lauren (She/Her/Hers) holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Georgia Southern University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. Lauren sees clients at our Decatur and East Cobb locations, with virtual/telehealth availability as well.
Lauren works with children, teenagers, and adults facing various personal challenges, including depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, and difficulties adjusting to life changes. She employs a range of therapeutic approaches, including person-centered, solution-focused, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques.
Lauren provides a warm and supportive environment where clients feel safe expressing their concerns and treatment goals. She is committed to empowering clients with the skills and tools needed to navigate life’s challenges effectively.
